ORDER
As per GO Pt read above, orders were issued sanctioning payment of Dearness Allowance to State Government Employees and Dearness Relief to State Service Pensioners/Family Pensioners including those coming under UGC/AICTE/Medical Education Schemes and those drawing DR at Central rates w.e.f 01/01/2018 & 01/07/2018. As per GO 2nd read above, para 2 (viii) of G.O 1st read above was modified as ” The Dearness Allowance at the enhanced rate will be paid with the salary of April 2019 onwards and orders regarding processing of arrears will be issued later.”
2. Now Government have re-examined the matter in detail and are pleased to disburse the enhanced DA arrear in cash w.e.f 01/01/2018 & 01/07/2018 on the dates as per the schedule given below:
| (I) | 15-05-2019 | EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS AND DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION OF JUSTICE COMING UNDER PART A AND B OF ARTICLE 75(B)(I) OF KFC VOL.I |
| (ii) | 16-05-2019 | Remaining Departments coming under Part A and Part B of Article 75 (b) (i) of KFC Vol.I |
| (iii) | 17-05-2019 | Departments coming under Part C of Article 75(b)(i) of KFC Vol.I |
3. Concerned DDOs should take timely steps to disburse the same.
